Customized Items: All items that are customized according to your specifications are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized items unless they arrive damaged from shipping or are defective from the manufacturer.

Responsibility of the Buyer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide accurate spelling of any names or specific text information required for customization. We cannot be held liable for errors in spelling or other details provided by the buyer.

Damaged Items: In the event that your customized item arrives damaged from shipping or is defective from the manufacturer, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Process: If you believe your item qualifies for a return due to damage or defect, please contact our customer service team. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.

Exceptions: Our no refund or exchange policy applies exclusively to customized items. Non-customized items may be eligible for return or exchange. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days if you need to return a non-customized item.
